Howlite is a naturally white stone that was first discovered in Nova Scotia. This stone is found only in parts of the United States and Canada. Howlite is naturally white in color, but it can be dyed to brilliant hues as a substitution for more expensive or rare stones. In the metaphysical gemstone community, Howlite is known as the Harmonizer stone. It is thought to contain healing properties that can be used towards conflict-resolution and positive collaboration in the workplace.
