Shipping & Returns
Orders ship within 2-4 business days. We use the US Postal Service and all orders ship from our warehouse in Swannanoa, NC. Once shipped, US orders should arrive within 3-4 days. If we have your valid email address you will receive a confirmation email and tracking number from USPS/ShippingEasy when your order ships.
Alternate Shipping Methods
If you require an alternative shipping method such as UPS or FedEx, please call before completing your order online.
We hope you will always be pleased with the items you receive from Cherry Tree Beads! If you decide you want to return any items for a refund or exchange, we will be happy to receive them as long as they are returned within 30 days of the date we shipped the items. All returns must be received in the same condition as when shipped. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All refunds can only be issued back via the original method of payment.
Important! Please make sure to package all returns in a proper manner to prevent breakage in transit.

* A 10% re-stocking fee will be deducted on all returns of $100 or more to cover our expenses.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
