Why do I see a pending charge if my payment was declined?
If your payment was declined, your bank or card issuer may still place a temporary authorization hold on the funds. This can appear as a “pending” charge on your account.
This does not mean the payment went through or that we received the funds. It simply means your bank reserved the amount during the authorization attempt.
These holds are controlled by your bank and usually drop off automatically within 3–10 business days, depending on their policies. Unfortunately, we’re not able to remove or speed up this process.
If the pending charge remains longer than expected, we recommend reaching out to your bank directly for more details.
