Why was my gift card declined?

Some prepaid gift cards (including Visa and Mastercard) may be declined by our payment system due to fraud prevention filters. This process is automatic, and unfortunately, we’re unable to override these declines.

If you’d like to use a prepaid gift card, we recommend selecting the “Call for Payment” option at checkout. Once your order is placed, we’ll give you a call and can securely process your card over the phone.
