Mookaite is a unique gemstone that occurs in deep red, golden yellow, and ivory colorations. This stone is named for the Mooka Creek which runs through the Kennedy mountain range in Western Australia, the only area on Earth where Mookaite has been found. Mookaite is a member of the Jasper family of gemstones, known for their colorful opaque look. Mookaite is believed to hold spiritual properties that enhance confidence and self-worth. In metaphysical healing, Mookaite is used to aid in decision-making and trust in one’s choices.

    Each strand is beautiful! The natural colors are amazing - and just as beautiful as they show in the photographs. I've always been happy with the stones I purchase from Cherry Creek Beads, and this most recent order is no exception. Stone quality and color, and the shop's service, continue to meet my high standards.

    These are so gorgeous. Great color range (although I wish there was more pink/mauve), nice size, good quality. Can't wait to use them!
