Palo Santo is a South American wood that is naturally rich in sweet smelling oils. It is used ceremoniously much like sage, however unlike sage, palo santo calls in new energies. This makes it great for use before meditation, yoga, prayer, or at the beginning of your day as you set an intention of what you would like to manifest.
