Tari Zarka of Aspiring Artists of the Earth
Tari's humble studio, along with her creative company AAOTE, is located in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, USA. Operating out of her family’s old hosiery mill property, she works to repurpose a piece of history and preserve the beautiful land that her grandparents bought in the early 1960s.
Say hello to Drops of Positivity! A happy little glass drop pendant made by Tari Zarka, owner and creative force behind Aspiring Artists of the Earth (AAOTE).
Tari uses oxygen & propane to fuel a 5000+ degree Fahrenheit flame to hand sculpt borosilicate glass. She generally refers to this work as flameworking.
Tari's wood focals are 100% U.S.A. made artisan crafted from her original drawings. Each piece combines state of the art technology and good old fashioned hand craftsmanship using only U.S.A. hardwoods. Due to the natural beauty of hardwoods and the hand finishing process, each piece will have slight variations that are signature to this collection.

What drives me to create is the same thing that motivates me to be the best person: sharing positivity. When I create something - whether it is a piece of glass, a drawing, a painting, or a smile on someone's face - my life's burdens are lifted. I am also driven by the knowledge that my creations enhance the moods of those who receive them. I find inspiration everywhere - in the glorious landscape, through the face of adversity, within the cashier at a convenience store, etc. Everything and everyone offers a chance for us to learn and grow. Ever since I started creating art in the far away corners of my family's hosiery mill in Bucks County, which I am now working to repurpose into an artist’s haven, I have searched to find ways to love what I do each and every day. If something from me inspires another to move toward a life of happiness then I feel that I have done my job.
