Cherry Tree Beads offers a large selection of quality gemstone beads and pendants for jewelry making, including gemstone rounds, faceted beads, tiny gemstone beads, large-hole gemstone beads, pendants, focals, and unique shapes and sizes.

Our gemstone beads are personally selected with jewelry designers in mind. As a jewelry designer, owner Jenn considers color, polish, drilling, strand consistency, uniformity of shape, chips or damage, and how well a bead will work in a finished jewelry design.

Hand-Selected Gemstone Beads

Cherry Tree Beads travels internationally to hand-select beads and source new and interesting products. We work with trusted gemstone suppliers and factories around the world, including some relationships that have lasted nearly 20 years.

These long-standing supplier relationships allow us to continually source quality gemstone beads along with unusual cuts, hard-to-find shapes and sizes, new stones, and current jewelry-making trends.

Gemstone Quality & Grading

We evaluate gemstone beads for color, polish, drilling, consistency, shape, and overall quality before offering them to our customers.

Because gemstones are natural materials, variations in color, pattern, size, and shape are expected. Some cuts and shapes may also have natural variations in drilling. We photograph our products carefully to help customers understand the appearance and characteristics of the beads they are purchasing.

Cherry Tree Beads does not assign its own gemstone grades. When beads are supplied to us with a grade, we retain that grading information. When a supplier does not provide a grade, we do not assign an A, AA, or AAA grade ourselves.

Lower-grade, closeout, or value gemstone beads may occasionally be offered as clearly identified specials or clearance items at deeply discounted prices.
